Learning Disability Care

The government introduced a national plan to develop community services and close inpatient facilities for people with a learning disability and/or autism who display behaviours that challenge, including those with a mental health condition. As an organisation, we are committed to be a part of the transforming care agenda by providing bespoke services to ensure that clients are looked after in ‘homes not hospital’. Our model of care is based on the principles of Positive Behavioural Support. Our care packages are fully tailored to meet your individual needs. 

We offer bespoke care and specialist complex care support that is person centred, planned, proactive and coordinated for people with a diagnosis of learning disability living in their own homes in order to prevent hospital admission. Person Centred Planning promotes wellbeing and our goal is to:
