They attend a face to face / virtual interviews and all documents are physically verified by a member of our recruitment team. Once registered staff undergo our internal induction and training to ensure they have adequate skills as required by our clients. We pride ourselves in offering our staff Positive Behavioural Support training as standard. 

We have a supportive management team that is available 24/7 to assist our clients and our staff. We carry out regular reviews with both clients and staff to assure our stakeholders and ensure compliance.
