Home Care Service
Our Home care service is designed to support individuals with various needs for example:
- Mental health needs e.g. dementia
- Support following hospital discharge
- Respite Care
- End of life care
Care can be arranged hourly, daily or weekly, and on a full time or part time basis dependent on the needs of the client.
Care is provided in the comfort of their own homes to make life easier at such a challenging time. Care is provided in a dignified and respectful manner by highly skilled and caring staff to ensure the needs of your loved one are met as well as promoting their well-being. Support is provided for tasks which may include but are not limited to:
- Personal Care and Hygiene
- Medication Prompt / call to actioning
- Meal Preparation
- Assistance with maintaining food and fluid intake
- Laundry and Cleaning
- Going out into the community for social activities
- Attending medical appointments
- Collecting Prescriptions
- Companionship
